Do I need experience to join?
No. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with instructors who will coach you through technique, combinations, and correct form.
What should I bring?
Bring your own gloves and wraps if you have them. Loan gloves are available for first-timers, and wraps can be purchased on-site. Bring water and a towel—you’ll need them!
What types of classes do you offer?
We run a variety of formats:
  • Pulse Boxing – High-intensity mix of bag work and HIIT.
  • Strike – Kickboxing-based striking drills with conditioning.
  • Fight Fusion – Technical boxing with focus on footwork and traditional combos.>
Do I need to spar?
No. All sessions are non-contact and bag-based, so you can build skills and fitness without partner sparring.
What makes your boxing studio unique?
We combine immersive lighting, curated playlists, premium equipment, and programs designed by a world champion fighter.
Can I try a class before signing up?
Yes. Our Intro Pack includes 3 classes for $30.
How many people are in each class?
Up to 16 participants, split between bag stations and HIIT floor stations for variety and coaching.
Is it safe if I have an injury?
Yes, with modifications—consult your healthcare provider first and inform your instructor before class.
