FAQS
Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our classes welcome all levels, with modifications and hands-on guidance from expert instructors to help you feel confident from day one.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable activewear that allows full movement. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene (available to purchase at reception). Bring a water bottle—everything else is provided.
How big are the classes?
We keep our classes small to ensure every participant receives personalised attention and technique support.
Can I attend if I’m recovering from an injury?
Often, yes—many clients use Reformer Pilates in their rehabilitation journey. Speak to your healthcare provider first, and let our instructors know about any limitations so we can adjust exercises.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Our Intro Pack offers 3 classes for $30—a perfect way to experience our studio and instructors.
How is Reformer Pilates different from mat Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a spring- and pulley-based machine to provide resistance and support, allowing for more variety and dynamic movements than mat-based sessions.
How often should I attend?
For best results, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week to improve strength, posture, and mobility.
